Australian Postal Corporation price notification for reserved letter services - July 2008

On 18 July 2008 Australia Post lodged a locality notice under subsection 95Z(5) of the Trade Practices Act 1974. This locality notice proposed increases in prices of Australia Post's reserved letter services.

The ACCC decided not to object to the proposed price increases in Australia Post's locality notice on 30 July 2008. Australia Post proposes to increase prices with effect from 15 September 2008.
